you, Travel Team, for taking us to Kelmscott Manor and Buscot Park on 8th
August.
What a contrast: Kelmscott, where we learned much about William
Morris that we had not known and discovered his lovely Manor House.
Buscot
House proved to be more formal, perhaps less personal but the Park is
beautifully laid out with extensive views and its own Terracotta
Warriors.
Kelmscott
is about to close for 2 years while extensive restoration is carried out but
worth waiting for a return visit to this lovely part of the Cotswolds.
